During COVID, one of my neighbors wanted to do exactly that, a "T" fitting installed on the cold water supply to the water closet with a sprayer.

He told me he watched a YOUTUBE video on how to do this. He asked me what parts he needed. I gave him a list of parts needed and then

I laughed my a$$ off and told him to jump in the shower and turn it on to COLD ONLY. Spray your back side and get back to me, then I'll help you out with the install.
