Dude knows how to stem...
The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese...The Hav-a-hart is set and baited with a big ol' piece of hot dog.
Hey, I'm part Polish, if you ever need help changing a light bulb, drop me a line!Interesting note (for some)...
My paternal lineage dates way back into Poland's history as a monarchy, over 500 years ago. BITD, my family's ancestors were royal furriers to the King of Poland. They raised stoats, and when the stoats turned into ermine, the ermine were skinned for the white fur, which then became the trimmings on the royal robes for the king. My family name loosely translates to "Keeper of the Sable", even though sables never turn white like stoats/ermine do.
Mebbe that last part is where Polak jokes come from...![]()
This is starting to explain so very much...Hey, I'm part Polish, if you ever need help changing a light bulb, drop me a line!
So where your parents just visiting China when you where made?Hey, I'm part Polish, if you ever need help changing a light bulb, drop me a line!
Just going to say that. My father in law was in Montana and on a rodent trip. Took the trailer. Had a great trip. Bragged the whole time till he had to clean his trailer. The lights didn't come on now? Then he didn't have power next. So, he climbed under said trailer when the manufacturer thought it would be a great idea to put a fuse panel and other electronics. Well the furry creatures had made a warm nest and fried themselves a few times in the enclosed compartment. He had to rebuild the whole thing because as you and I know. They don't make the parts anymore. Most things like that are out of warranty and if it is not a common item it is gone for good. So he had to replace the whole thing for a new version that was expensive. He didn't tell me what the cost was but heard it was a wallet burner from his wife. Guy worked on replacing most of the running wires also because the got chewed on. So in the future I don't plan to take any rv or trailer to those types of places that have creatures overnight. Especially if they put any type of heat off.Better put some rodent repellent in that engine compartment.
He's going in there for warmth and shelter.
I just went through $5000 in repairs for rodent damage to my main wiring harness.
Apparently some wire insulation is made from soy product and the critters like to eat it.
LOL! You ain't gonna get out much then, are you? I live in the place you're talking about! Keep in mind, the ermine is not a rodent that likes to chew on stuff. It's a predator, a carnivore. I think the chances of one of them doing damage to the rig are pretty low. On the other hand, while he's in there you can bet your bottom dollar I won't have any rodents get in there! So in the future I don't plan to take any rv or trailer to those types of places that have creatures overnight.
My plan was to use a hotel or motel. His cost was crazy for what he paid to repair that thing. I would have junked it. But he is retired and has plenty of time on his hands now. We have been up there twice now and done it that way. Not a convenient as the trailer but still.LOL! You ain't gonna get out much then, are you? I live in the place you're talking about! What! A trailer with no longer available parts! I'm shocked!Just going to say that. My father in law was in Montana and on a rodent trip. Took the trailer. Had a great trip.
