I think it's just a short movie.

Great story. Those veterans had seen enough of totalitarianism and racism overseas and seeing a guy get shot in the back just for trying to vote for the opposition party was more than they could take.

Well, they do have it in DVD, and it's not the same video. Duh! Never mind.
