Ammo question

Saw something about this new break through ammo a couple years ago. Dont remember much about it other than the casing was 2 pieces if in not mistaken? Suppose to be magnetic and be able to be reloaded several times if not as many as you wanted. I remember them saying it was going to be huge also because of how cheap is was going to be to manufacture. Cant remember the name though. Anyone know what I'm talking about with my crappy and possibly wrong description? My memory isnt great on it. Just curious what ever came about with it. The testers of it seemed to be super high on the product and loved it.

I find the empties from time to time. Apparently they take special dies to reload them.
