Amazon liable for defective goods from 3rd Party sellers

So, coming from CA, I can see exactly where this is going. The 2A antis will stretch and pervert this ruling and use it as precedent to eventually overturn PLCCA.

Interesting. Amazon does need to do something more to crack down on 3rd party sellers that try to slip counterfeit products to their customers.
