I get choked up thinking about all the men and women that went to hellish places for this country. And even more for the ones that didn't return. Their families they left behind to try and get through life without them.
I find myself more and more being Thankful for all I have, and all that others gave for me to have it.

May God bless our troops, Vets, and their families.

Merry Christmas

I hear you, when I said grace over our family Christmas dinner (for 13, spanning 3 generations) about an hour ago I made sure to point out and acknowledge the blessings we're able to still enjoy while the rest of the world literally bleeds and burns! o_O

Thank you brothers and sisters who have served.
Thank you brothers and sisters who are no longer here to share MRES with on Christmas day.

But most of all, thank YOU brothers and sisters who realize and appreciate the sacrifice.
