Was hoping the weather would hang for another day
but noooooo.....I get a day off and it starts raining
Had to shoot tho so off to the range I went (with my hunting partner)
1st up was my new T/C Icon in 243 with a 6x18 Swarovski BR scope
No time to load ammo I bought (shudder) 1 box of Federal 100gr SP blue box
1st shot way low
scope adjustment
2 shots same hole, little right, low
scope adjustment
2 shots same hole
This scope is going on my 300 Win Mag so I made another adjustment to zero
2 shots same hole
Then I clicked the scope up one, right one, left one and down one and made a circle around the initial 2 shots
Then one 5 shot group that went 3/4"
4 shots as fast as I could throw the bolt went an honest inch
This rifle is going into the keeper pile tho it's getting a 4x14x Nikon Buckmaster put on it.
