The Ninth should be removed from California and possibly to Wyoming or Montana. Maybe even Idaho. The Ninth has been responsible for bad decisions that have raised the magnitude of social disruption and tied the hands of decent people all over the Country. I could elaborate in depth but more info could jeopardize too many. These "judges" need to be removed. Thank God for the Supremes. Oh how we should all miss Antonin Scalia.

The rub is the definition of the 9th includes those states. It is the 9th district of the federal government (that the 9th court presides over) Federal district designations preside over everything the Fed manages except the military. Even the USCG is managed as a district unless they are transferred back to the Pentagon like in a time of war. Scalia was a giant in protecting individual and constitutional rights. I have great hope for his replacement filling his shoes.
