Re range ammo pricing in post #2, 9mm nowadays is 24 cpr at many places.

In the PDX area you can buy 9mm FMJ for .26 to .27 cpr at most stores that sell ammo. If you're rural, with free shipping, this might be a deal considering the cost of gas but meh otherwise.
