Hey ya'll,

Before I start calling every shop in Oregon, does anyone know of any shops that sell AR-15 80% lowers? I know there are a million places online that I can buy them, but I was hoping to buy local if possible.

Thanks in advance,

Clint

Order one of these kits .
All you need is a good router.
There are videos on YouTube .
Kit's come with one lower or three or six .
And you can order more .
And more bits for router.
Well you need a vise also. IMG_20190309_190233.jpg

the router jig is great, anyone can do it. get a battery drill for the side holes and shop vac or air blower to clean the jig after every pass
I'd also suggest to people doing it dont drill the first hole through the center, drill like a 1/2 inch only. plunge your router for the rest.

For you gents that have done this before, is there someone locally that will hard anodize them for a reasonable cost?

Are you planning on putting a serial # on your receiver? If you complete your 80%er it becomes a firearm. If you take it into someone to coat it they will have to log it into their book if in their possession longer than 24 hrs.
