I'm trying to do a similar work up. I found some .311 dia 217 grain hardcast bullets. With the gas checks, they come to 225 grains.

I did some quick math, and I am thinking of trying a load with 15 grains of BL-(C)2. I believe my velocities should be around 1100 fps at hopefully enough pressure to cycle the bolt on an ar-15. It may have a tough time until I'm able to get a suppressor on it, because the pressure will be a little low.
