I wouldn't lift a finger or pull my weapon to stop a bank robber unless someone's life was in direct peril. Not a fan of banks, also not inclined to want to play Batman. Rarely does a good deed every go unpunished these days anyway. Marine guy is lucky that the robber's gun didn't go off in the struggle and hurt someone. Surely the injured party would have sued him.

The guy's a Marine and former LEO. He did what he felt was right and it worked out. He also has the training for it.

Would I have done it? I don't really know and I hope to never find out.
