I believe a certain petitioner would have better chance with Oregon offering reciprocity than (IMO) virtue signalling/pandering with an open carry measure that will never pass in Oregon.

This has been proposed MANY times over MANY years, don't think the bills even make it to Committee. IMHO Twas all BS to gain support of the donors which might believe them.
