I just picked up a CZ 550 Safari in 416 Rigby, and 2 boxes of ammo. Ouch on the ammo!
Anyone reload for this?
Whose brass do you like / bullets?
What dies do you use?

Any gotchas?

I already load for 338 Lapua and really like my Forster dies. Would have to say the Lapua and Ruag brass I have are the best.

It's a pretty easy cartridge to reload, it's designed to be a relatively low pressure cartridge so it's fairly easy on the brass. Buddy of mine has one, and I usually reload his ammo for him, mostly I've used IMR-4350 or 4831SC. It's a kick in the pants. I think all his brass is hornady, and it' s held up to at least 5 reloadings, I did anneal the neck after reload #4

D'oh! Didn't even think about a photo. As soon as I got home, it went into the safe. Here ya go.

I suspect it would kick you in other places besides the pants . . . This one apparently has enough recoil that it bent the buttstock . . . heh . . .Heh . . . HEH!?!?!?
