.223 subsonic

Hello NWFA,

Just got a simple question for ya today, died anyone know of a site or can point me in the direction where i can get ahold of some subsonic .223 rounds, brass cased?

Hopefully not for an AR..... To take a round that is usually north of 3250 fps and drop it below 1100 ft per second more than likely will not cycle an AR although I might be wrong. Might a well just get a .22
