Believe it or not but the best case lube(for me anyway) is spray non-stick cooking oil. I've never had a stuck case since using it.

my ar seems to like h110 and 110 grain soft points. going to try 110 hollow points and 130 grainers.
i use a hornaday sizer to form, rcbs sizer to resize and rcbs seater to seat. the hornaday seater i adjusted to crimp
 
Well I got back in the saddle, got busy & made 234 more cases. I started out with 260 223/556 cases & some didn't make it past the case gauge checker.....
Now I need to find some projectiles to feed them....;)

when i convert 223 brass, after i cut and deburr, i dont need lube to form them.they form easily. but when i use lube to resize, the rcbs non spray lube works fine.
i wet tumble my brass and use corn cob to just dry
the hornaday 10 edition reload manual has alot of load data and nosler #7 has some for 300 black out
