I'm just wondering if this is normal, I'm measuring the bullets and they range from 1.205 - 1.218 will this affect accuracy? I'm assuming it will because of bullet depth. Surprisingly they weigh virtually the same +/- .2 gr.

I think it's going to depend on where the length is located. If you calibrated the jump of your reloads to a specific distance (for instances all your bullets are seated .01 off the lands) then yes it may have an affect. If not, then I doubt you're going to notice. God knows I cannot shoot well enough for .013 in length to make a bit of difference.
