These are not reloads. I bought this case from sg ammo, when i bought it the sticker from the factory was still in place and not torn. I opened the case out of curiousity as id never seen a 50 in person.

Please look at the brass, the end where the bullets are seated is darken, which means it has been fired before!
If "NEW" the whole brass would be shiny, not dis-colored.
Now look at the bullets, looks to be used too.

I am reusing bullets for reloading? genuinely cant tell if that is supposed to be a joke. On top of that, i will attach a picture of factory over run lake city 50 bmg being sold by an online vendor, and youll see they look the same. The darkening you are referring to is called annealing, sometimes its less obvious but that depends if the manufacture polishes it off or not, for military contracted ammo it is left unpolished as to make it very easy to verify annealing has been done as required.
