The car owner (a black woman) had been carjacked twice before. She had a carry license and was a security guard. To me a car / truck or possession isn't worth a life or shooting someone. That's what insurance is for.

That's awful. The car looks like it's totaled, and all of those people are going to get their packages late.17 yr old carjacker shot and killed by amazon delivery driver..

Amazon driver took out the trash, unfortunately they'll most likely not be an Amazon driver going forward. People, regardless of what their job is, have the right to protect themselves. Period.17 yr old carjacker shot and killed by amazon delivery driver..

True.If you read "a clockwork orange " this all seems familiar. The movie is great, but the book was prophetic.
The assailant (now corpse) kidnapped the Amazon delivery driver at gun point. The perp should be dead!17 yr old carjacker shot and killed by amazon delivery driver..

Thieves shouldn't value other people's property over risking their lives trying to steal it.To me a car / truck or possession isn't worth a life or shooting someone. That's what insurance is for.

Pointing a firearm at someone is sufficient cause to get yourself shot in any state. In this case, he kidnapped the driver and held her at gunpoint.Use of deadly force justified in burglery of a vehicle with intent to commit a felony or theft? (3min in..)
What is that and how is anyone supposed to know that?
IIRC Oregon has a similar or same law.
agree but Im only referring to the OP Colin Noir video. Lost me on the kidnapping story.Pointing a firearm at someone is sufficient cause to get yourself shot in any state. In this case, he kidnapped the driver and held her at gunpoint.
Unless they're mine...................1. Few possessions are worth shooting over.
It wasn't a home break-in, but the spirit of this meme still stands as far as I'm concerned.

I don't watch Colin often but he is in TX. We have decent Use of Force Laws. Deadly force is allowed for theft at night or criminal mischief at night. Now the Soros funded DA might still charge you but TX law is reasonably clear.agree but Im only referring to the OP Colin Noir video. Lost me on the kidnapping story.
I'll finish that ...... "old enough to breed......play stupid games win stupid prizes.Oh , I obviously didn't read the story.
No blood no foul?
Old enough to bleed, old enough...oh nevermind.
Play with the bull get the pregnant!I'll finish that ...... "old enough to breed......play stupid games win stupid prizes.
Red Bull gives you wings...Play with the bull get the pregnant!
Ive heard of that, and it seems very subjective... typically your life has to be in danger to justify deadly force, but... not at night in Texas. Daylight no, nighttime, yes. Seems odd. Oregon has a similar law if a burgler is also committing a felony, but its not clear to me the difference when burglery becomes a felony.I don't watch Colin often but he is in TX.
