These are typically used for agriculture - for spraying herbicides/pesticides/etc., but they are rated for potable water too.

Granted, used food grade barrels or IBC totes would be cheaper, but maybe this is what someone would want - probably better for use on a vehicle because it is designed to be strapped down (usually on a trailer).
