I had purchased about six guns from this store until I just could not bare it anymore. You wait forever to get somone to help you. There needs to be the ability to pull numbers so you can be waited on by first come, first serve basis. At one time I was handed a pistol and the guy took off and waited on a friend and left me standing there with this pistol in my hand. The last straw was when I went there to purchase a 1911A1 and was handed one with the slide locked back. I looked it over and released the slide to get a better look and feel for the gun and I was reprimanded for releasing the slide with the slide release. They stated that it was the owners choice that the customer is not allowed to release the slide that way. I handed her back the pistol and walked out. To me, it's like buying a car without test driving it. If I'm going to spent $1,000, I want to compare and see how it operates and functions. I have never had that happen to me at any other store.
