Breaking: Washington added more than 31,000 CPLs in 2015

Washington State added more than 31,000 new concealed pistol licenses in 2015, according to data obtained this morning from the state Department of Licensing, and it is reflective of a trend nationwide that underscores the rush on carry licenses in parts of California following the San Bernardino attack, reported yesterday by KCAL in Los Angeles.
