I'm new to the area, and it seems like there's an awful lot of public looking land around here. Any suggestions on where to go shooting without paying for a range membership quite yet?
In another thread I had going (diff topic), a couple of people recommended Sheep Company Road in the Wenas, I got a couple of hesitant replies to it though, so I figured a real thread might get me some more suggestions.
I'm primarily looking for somewhere to take my pistols out, but if there's an opportunity to give my rifles a bit of a workout, that would be nice too.
