I'm selling a couple of my antique guns to finance some projects that I'll actually shoot! Not open to any trades at the moment and I will need to see a WA DL for my record of the sale.
First is a WWI Colt 1911 serial number 229186. Based on the others like it I've seen, I think it was manufactured in 1917. It still shoots (though I haven't shot it since i bought it) and is in really good shape considering its 95 years old and probably saw the last year of WWI! The pictures below are of the actual gun, also included with it is a holster (pretty sure it is newer than the gun) and 4 magazines that look just as old. There are two sets of grips though I don't think either are original to the gun. The gun's finish shows some wear but there is no rust or pitting anywhere, just character! I am looking to get $1800 for it but am open to offers as long as they're cash.
I'm also selling my 1920s Mossberg Brownie. Its chambered in 22LR, has 4 barrels and a rotating firing pin that turns 90 degrees each time you shoot. They were popular with gamblers and grannies as a pocket pistol when you don't want anyone to know you're carrying. It shoots great though isn't very accurate beyond 15 feet and it takes 2 minutes to dig the shells out so you can reload. The gun's condition is fair, I don't think the grips are original and its not something I shoot anymore because of its rarity but its still a really cool piece overall. I want $350 for this one but again am open to offers. Pictures below are of the actual gun.
