I did two myself a few years ago. Remove the barrel and wrap it with an old towel where you put it in a vise. Use a pipe cutter...the small one that cuts copper pipe...and slowly tighten-turn-tighten until the cut is finished. Don't rush it and don't let the cut end drop, but hold it until the cut is finished. Leave the bbl in the vise and get a fine file and work it until the muzzle is flush and smooth. You can file it until you get a crown, but I just left mine flat and used 400 sand paper to smooth it. If you don't have cold bluing, oil the new muzzle until you get some or put some black Rustoleum on it if you don't care about the finish. Remove the front bead, determine the thread size and drill/tap for it. If you are using the shotgun for home defense, etc. the bead is not necessary, but does look better. Good luck!
