Hi y'all, I'm searching for a 9x19mm compact pistol with a budget of $400, but I would also consider a full size model.

I'm situated in Coos County, OR but will be travelling the state extensively over the next month (thank the festive season for that). I prefer FTF transactions but would consider paying for shipping to FFL for the right gun.
