I'll typically use 25 yards as my 'benchmark' for pistol.

Sign me up for 25 yards also. You see the guys down at the 7 yard end of the range, I don't know how much can be learned there. I like it when they hoot, holler and high five over getting them all in the black at 7 yards.

25yd minimum for accuracy work up in a pistol. Depending on the pistol and purpose, I may go out to 50 or 100 meters.
