Norma has the Argentine small pistol primers again, $44.99 per thousand. You have to spend $150 to get free shipping. They don't charge hazmat. They just ship it in a box with the "Other Articles" black/white diamond on it. Takes about a week to get them. I've already used 3,000 of them, so far no problems. I bought another 3,000. I just checked their website, they are still up.
