Buffalo Arms dot com makes reloaded ammo for the .32wsl, .35wsl, .351wsl, and .401wsl cartridges for these old Winchesters. They typically show "out of stock, but if you contact them they will put you on a list and notify you when back in stock.
Reeds ammo dot com is another place for the WSL ammo (might be better) and reload for many other obsolete cartridges.
Reeds got a bit of a bad rap during the pandemic because of supply/demand components issues, and some QC problems due to high demand.
I am working on "modernizing" my .32 WSL. Gunsmith is going to put a GM barrel on my 1905 (made in 1906) wsl... and convert it to .327 Federal Mag/.32 H&R Mag. It will work and cycle the bolt. (don't ask me how I know this.
