So Draper came out with these reloadable shotgun shells in 1864. Youd unscrew the back and push on a percussion cap, then load the shell with your powder, wadding, shot and wadding.

A few years back I saw a company that was making a version of them, though I believe they were using standard 209 primers. I've tried to find them, but can't seem to find them online.

I've a couple Damascus barreled blackpowder shotguns and I think these would be a fun way to get them back in action. I could load my own, very mild, shot shells for them.

I understand that I can just buy and cut down brass shot shells, but I'm a man who enjoys novelty.
