Hi, just checking if anyone is willing to drop pin some safe long range shooting spots in the coast range. Also, does anyone go out to the Tillamook woods for 1 mile shots

Look up Fall Fever Outdoors and contact the owner. He knows of several long range areas around the coast. I would imagine there are many clear cuts you should be able to find in those areas. Gods Valley is what comes to mind for me.

Buy yourself a laser range finder, top off your tank and spend a Saturday driving around the Tillamook State forest and you will find several spots to safely shoot long range in just one day.

I use north fork wolf creek public range. There are pistol and rifle ranges there. You have to drive gravel road but it's not too bad.
North Fork Wolf Creek's longest range is under 100 yards, IIRC. The poster was inquiring about long range shooting along the coast, which normally infers 600 yards +.

Regardless what it infers, that poster shows a pic at 900 yards...
