The right witness holes and dimples look very CZ but I wasn't able to find any image that matches your mag.

fit 24 with 9mm I slight wonder if it is a 40sw mag since the rattling noise when it had 24 rounds . so its 16rds of 40SW

Looks like a double stack mag to me - probably like @Nosferatu said - P226 or Beretta 92. The P226 was my first reaction. The base plate makes me lean toward 226.

Single stack mags don't taper in at the top or have the diamonds - semi-staggered-stack mags like the M&P Shield or Glock 43/43X have taper because they're not true single stacks. A true single stack mag is straight all the way up to the feed lips and shouldn't have any rattle in the rounds.
