I heard about this stuff from watching too much British TV, now I couldn't imagine eating a cheese sandwich without it. Very savory and tangy, if you like malted vinegar you'll love it. British cooking is usually pretty meh but this stuff is the bomb.

Regular grocery stores don't sell it but specialty ones often do, you can also order it online.
