WTB OTHER Wanted OR: rifle box to ship rifle for warranty

Does anyone have an extra rifle box I can use to ship back an ak47 to PSA? I can't find anything that'll work. If you have one for free I can pickup in the surrounding Portland areas I would gladly appreciate it. Need one ASAP. The closer to milwaukie or Clackamas the better but I will gladly come out to wherever. Please PM me.

I just made my own with some boxes found in a cardboard recycling bin next to an electrical supply store.
Seem that 4' florescent shipping boxes are the perfect size once you cut them down to right length.

A roll of clear packing tape, some bubble wrap and a sharp knife is all you need to make a double wall shipping box.
