For sale, Walther P38 made during WW2, marked ac42, 9mm Luger. This one has been reworked in Europe some time after WW2, it has a sloppy but mostly intact arsenal reblue finish it would appear. The barrel is a post-war Walther replacement that has been renumbered to this gun. So yes, all the numbers match but the barrel is not correct for this gun. The grips are mismatched, one is slightly darker than the other. The condition of the bore is excellent. The gun has import marks from Vega Arms, Sacramento, CA, which dates it import to circa 1987-95. The magazine is post-war Walther manufacture. I've test fired the gun and it is fully functional with no issues. No box, no papers, comes with one magazine. Being as how the gun was made in 1942, it therefore should be C&R eligible. I'm willing to meet the buyer in Everett, WA for a private transfer sale. Or I can ship it from my FFL to your FFL for $50 (which is below my cost to do so). $500
