I have a Razor Scope 4.5-27x56, and the elevation cap cannot be removed following their instructions. I emailed Vortex, and within a few minutes, I had a label to mail it to them priority.

I just had a great experience with vortex as well.

A rim fire scope that was not adjusting properly That was five years old and they emailed me a return label and within a week I received a new scope in return.

I have six different Vortex scopes and have not needed a warranty yet but I've heard they are as good at customer service as Ruger. Great to hear Vortex will get you taken care of.

Nothing but good to say about them. I dropped a pair of Binos, No Problem.
I have 2 gen2 Razors and they Track solid. Wish the Glass was a bit better.

Vortex customer service is top-shelf. I buggered up the battery cap on my Vortex Venom and called to order a replacement . Not only did they send the cap for free, they included a t-shirt!

I have probably 15 -20 Vortex optics. Over the years I have made four warranty claims.
Long story short, the customer service was 100% perfect. Vortex sent me brand new replacement optics or newer upgraded optics free of charge and the turnaround time was no more than about two weeks. No questions asked.

In contrast, I made my first warranty claim with Holosun last week (I own eight of them.)
I had to fill out an eight-page RMA request and wait a few days for RMA approval. I just sent the optic back a few days ago and they emailed me that IF they determine the optic to be defective - turnaround time will be a minimum of 20 to 30 days. I have a less than stellar vibe about Holosun.

Thank you for buying from a China owned company, not you @Xmark1 but speaks in my best chinese language, "Holisun is the Harbor freight of the industry". Serviceable but not as good as actually buying quality. Vortex has china products but being an American company still means something. China sux but because of the walmart/amazon/harbor freight crowd we are here and have to deal with the damages done from those weak types.

I hope you feel better now.

All but the long distance calling card, they all have Vortex mounted on them.
My Bud dropped his on the concrete floor at the range.
Not only did they replace it, they gave him a better one since his was no longer available.
