I'm relatively new to shooting and have become a ride or die Vortex guy. I have a hard time putting as much into optics that I put into a rifle cuz I'm tight and try to find value. And I like the warranty, though I have yet to use it yet. I'm starting to get that Vortex scopes can be pretty stingy on eye relief. Couple that with I think I need a shorter LOP than is standard on most rifles. I find I am always mounting scopes as far back as possible to get decent eye relief and on some rifles craning my head forward in a very forced, uncomfortable position to get decent relief.
I have many Diamondbacks, a few Vipers, but this one Crossfire II I have has by far the most generous eye relief.
Go ahead... take your best shot
