Parts for this have been hard to come by for a long time.
I wound up buying the EMOD stock kit just to get the A5H2 buffer and now those are gone.

If you can get your hands on an A5H2 or 3 buffer you are home free.
For the tube I discovered that an AR10 Carbine tube is the same length as the Vltor A5 tube.
It just has 6 positions instead of 7 that The Vltor does and the extra hole is towards the lower so it doesn't effect LOP.
Then you just need a rifle length spring.
