Vintage "The Marlin Firearms Co" Glenfield Mod 60 .22 rifle. About 41" long. Used and working condition. Regular small scratches on wood, minor tarnishing on barrel from use and storage as shown. It was my grandfathers sport rifle and I have no real use for it. Asking $150.00 picked up. 121017924_344245860171208_262273219666923243_n.jpg 121294810_404387927393246_5767386580645548766_n.jpg 121018749_972967233207398_9198980772746472285_n.jpg 121048842_1492218837638062_3010471922585551092_n.jpg 121093930_2791970531127029_3386027941388147817_n.jpg 121147983_2552229715068924_6420324484436527294_n.jpg 121252846_650199199219565_734249980181447418_n.jpg 121305713_327534555214883_8122498674195239474_n.jpg

  1. I agree to the classified rules and terms of service
That's a great rifle with a great history. I'm not one to stand in the way of a sale, and I wish I were closer because I'd be first in line for that rifle, but is there anyone in your family that would enjoy an heirloom? A 22lr rifle is a cheap, easy way to enjoy the shooting sports and something that belonged to your grandpa and brought him joy might bring joy to new generations of your family. Whatever way it goes, I wish you luck.

If you still want to sell and if you're willing to ship, I'd gladly pay the shipping cost from your FFL to my FFL.

Also, I believe someone cannot just pick up that rifle. You'll have to take it to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL). If you look up gun shops in the area, probably any of them can help you but fees will vary. Call around to a few for comparison. Shipping, in my experience, is around $30 and your FFL has to be willing to do that. But if you're not interested in shipping, you'll still have to do the transfer at an FFL.

Antiques are guns manufactured before 1899. This might be a relic (often called C&R) if it is at least 50 years old. If it is at least 50 years old a buyer who holds a C&R Federal Firearms License can buy it directly in WA. Otherwise it has to be transferred through a dealer FFL, I-1639 certificate, 10 business day wait, $18 fee, etc.
