I picked up everything pictured for $100. Not sure if I got a fair deal or not but I figured I would take a chance. Can anyone tell what to watch out for on this press that seems has some age to it? Is there anything obviously missing? Can I load buckshot on this and if so what hulls should i be looking for? I am going to read through the manuals and see what I can figure out. I reload center fire cartridges but I am a little lost when it comes to shotgun reloading. If anyone has any advice or feedback it would be appreciated. Thank you.

Well, the adjustable charge bar, primer feed, and pile of steel shot charge bars and bushings are all a big plus. I don't see anything obviously missing.

Loading buckshot is a bit different than birdshot, but if you've got a good manual or two, there should be some good buckshot recipes in them. The recipes will tell you exactly what hulls to use. Loading shotshells is a lot different than rifle or pistol.

You got your monies worth for sure. If loading buck , defensive rounds or maybe pheasant type loads look for high brass shells like the old Remington blacks they used for pheasant #6. It's been a while since I cranked up one of those Mecs but not much to go wrong with them. The steel shot will be a different story if ya go there but you may have enough extras (may) to cover that.
