Up for sale is my 303. All original as far as I know. it looks like somebody tried to restain the Woodstock at some point and they didn't do a fantastic job but the gun looks good overall, shoots straight, and works fine otherwise. I had the bayonet for it at one time but have misplaced it over the years. I don't know a lot about it but it has some markings:

SMLE
Mark III
1953

I am asking $250 or best offer. Case included.

Please email if you are interested or call. I live in the salem area

Matt

Thanks

No.1? Not a No.3 MK1?

The No3 mk1 is a completely different rifle, it's usually called a pattern 14 rifle.

The two most common are the no1 mkiii and the no4 series which were used during WW2. The Australians and Indians continued to use the no1 mkiii pattern long after the British switched to the no4 mki.
