I am whipping up a big batch of my venison chili tonight out in the shop. Anybody else have a killer chili recipe they are willing to share? I will absolutely share mine if there is interest. My secret ingredients are spicy V-8 juice and porter beer. Simmering the plethora of ingredients down on a woodstove in a big ol' pot is recommended. My recipe takes a sixer of your favorite porter beer to make a big double batch, 2 bottles in the chili and 4 in the cook. Let's hear those recipes!
