75% of new and drop the accessories to sell separately. I find myself and others not wanting to buy a package unless the accessories are free as people's tastes can vary wildly. Example for myself being a lefty, your likely right handed holster is worth $0 to me.

You also need to factor in transfer fees, so 75% may not be appropriate if the gun is now the price of new with the added fees.

Ditto on the holster. It can't hurt to mention it in the offer, as separate. The extra mags are always a plus to me as I never seem to have "enough mags"
The buyer may want the holster and be willing to offer to buy it at the same time but, better to not make it part of the asking price. Could even do so with the mags. Offer them separate at a good price and buyer can decide which things they want along with the pistol if any.
