Utah non-resident CHL--wait time?

I sent in my application for the Utah non-resident carry permit on the 15th, and they cashed my check a week and a half ago. Any idea on the typical wait time for the application to be processed and approved? I have had an Oregon CHL for 15 years and there werent any smudges on my fingerprint card, so I dont anticipate any red tape. Not that I'm impatient or anything........

Mine arrived in about 45 days.

When I took the class, the paperwork stated 60 days. The instructor however said it's more like 72 days. Should be any day now!
