Usp 45 Tactical holster

Does anyone know if there is a decent holster out there that will work with the tall sights on a usp tactical, a light, and a suppressor mounted. I have one of the universal LBT holsters, but it wont fit a suppressor. Just wondering if there is an option besides custom.
