When my Mother was about 80 she created a username of ABE (her initials) & PDX (airport locator code). I was born in 1953 so I became PDX1953 although at the time I created it I was living in CT.

I also have another username - Handicrazy. I had polio when I was a kid and although I wasn't totally disabled I'm not entirely able-bodied. I was riding quads in Maine with a close friend & I rode real hard & real fast. When he finally caught up with me he was out of breath & said, "You're not handicapped, you're not handi-capable, you're handi-crazy!"

A lot of us have pretty self explanatory names/handles, while some are a little less decipherable. What does yours mean?

The "old" part of mine seems obvious to most, but is just because I feel a bit older mentally than I am.

The tengu part is more interesting.
Tengu - Wikipedia

Tengu (天狗, "heavenly dog") are a type of legendary creature found in Japanese folk religion and are also considered a type of Shinto god (kami) or yōkai(supernatural beings). Although they take their name from a dog-like Chinesedemon (Tiangou), the tengu were originally thought to take the forms of birds of prey, and they are traditionally depicted with both human and avian characteristics. The earliest tengu were pictured with beaks, but this feature has often been humanized as an unnaturally long nose, which today is widely considered the tengu's defining characteristic in the popular imagination.

Buddhism long held that the tengu were disruptive demons and harbingers of war. Their image gradually softened, however, into one of protective, if still dangerous, spirits of the mountains and forests. Tengu are associated with the ascetic practice of Shugendō, and they are usually depicted in the garb of its followers, the yamabushi.

So there ya go. A little insight for you.

I can relate. 32 and am still trying to skateboard as often as possible while balancing a multitude of other priorities. Adulthood is weird sometimes.
