Yup. Only nine years out here in eastern Washington, but I've never seen it so dry. Normally I have to mow the back 3 acres once or twice by now - this year dry (and dead) as can be. It would be nice if the Walla Walla water shed doesn't burn.

Violators who are caught face "mandatory appearance in federal court." Certainly something I wouldn't look forward to.
