Military acceptance marks, assembled at the Tula factory. Has US import markings. Still in functional condition but like with many Mosins it has seen some usage by its original owners. As best I can tell 1943. The year is obscured partially under another stamp but that is what I've been able to make out and is consistent with some of the other factory and acceptance marks
