Making an AR as quiet as possible for the shooter.

Nice that this AR has the Noveske 0/1/S settings so I can shoot it like a bolt rifle, shut off the gas; M4-2000 suppressor.

For the extra mod I am considering, it is this - JP Enterprises Silent Captured Recoil Buffer Spring AR-15

Anyone try one of these JP captured recoil buffers? Supposed to really quiet down the spring noise and clack.

Looks like mostly happy people, but that is on the makers site.......

I had considered one of the pneumatic buffers for my suppressed target AR but never got around to it. If you do this please let us know how it works.

In my Seekins I run a JP lightweight (low mass) bolt, and JP low mass recoil buffer and a tuned flat music wire buffer spring. It is super quiet. I bought the silent capture system, and sent it back because it was not any quieter than what I am running now.
