Tri-cities area instruction for long range, suggestions?

I'd like to find some instruction/training out here in Eastern Washington or Eastern Oregon to better understand have to shoot 1000+ yards. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks in advance.

The two links I posted do both straight long range shooting as well as a tactical long range shooting course.

Tri-Cities has one of the best Highpower ranges in the state. They have up to 1000 yards and use
electronic targets! Which means no pit duty. Matches are open to the public. These guys know
how to read the wind and shoot well. I have shot matches there.
